Assessments & interviews
Review assessment evidence
Use responses and results as one part of a hiring discussion.
For admins, recruiters, managers
Before you start
Check that you have access to the candidate and the relevant assessment result.
What to do
- Open the assessment in the candidate's hiring context.
- Distinguish an invitation or in-progress attempt from a completed response.
- Review the available responses and their relevance to the role.
- Record your evaluation alongside other candidate evidence before deciding on the next step.
If something is not right
An absent result may mean the attempt is incomplete, unavailable to your role, or dependent on a provider. Do not invent a score from a status.
Available controls can vary with your role, plan, workspace configuration, and connected providers. These guides do not change your company's policies.
