Recruiting
Work with candidates and hiring stages
Understand a candidate's progress without losing the history.
Before you start
Open a job or candidate you are authorized to access. A stage is a workflow position, not an assessment of a person's worth.
What to do
- Review the candidate profile, application, and available activity history.
- Read relevant assessment results, interview notes, and team feedback.
- Check the intended next stage and any configured actions before moving the candidate.
- Capture useful context for the next reviewer and confirm the resulting stage in the candidate record.
If something is not right
Some transitions require permissions or configured prerequisites. Do not repeatedly retry an action when its outcome is unclear; first review the current record.
Available controls can vary with your role, plan, workspace configuration, and connected providers. These guides do not change your company's policies.
