Understand Workplace Judgment
Choose most and least effective actions in workplace scenarios.
Before you start
This original assessment is in development review. Content and measurement approval remain open; it is available for local candidate review and excluded from hiring scores.
What to do
- Explore Resources > Original assessments > Workplace Judgment for the question format and an illustrative result. Choices about coordination, priorities, communication, information handling, ownership and improvement.
- For an authorized self-review, choose the form and whole-test duration before creating the preview. The draft standard duration is 20 minutes. Complete four untimed practice examples; the countdown begins at Start assessment and remains in place through saving and refresh.
- Review answered, skipped and unanswered counts, the actual assigned form and any time-expiry note before interpreting a result.
- The coverage chart records participation in workplace scenarios. Discuss decision-making in the interview; effectiveness scoring remains withheld until an independent expert rubric is approved.
- Effectiveness scores are withheld while an independently approved expert rubric is unavailable. Discuss the selected actions rather than inventing a score.
- Use a concrete follow-up: What tradeoffs influenced your choice, and what extra information might change your decision?
If something is not right
A missing mean or withheld score is an intentional evidence boundary. Draft timings and descriptive results do not establish a hiring recommendation or comparability between forms.
Available controls can vary with your role, plan, workspace configuration, and connected providers. These guides do not change your company's policies.
