Understand Critical Thinking & Decision Quality
Evaluate evidence, assumptions and decisions under stated rules.
Before you start
This original assessment is in development review. Content and measurement approval remain open; it is available for local candidate review and excluded from hiring scores.
What to do
- Explore Resources > Original assessments > Critical Thinking & Decision Quality for the question format and an illustrative result. Checking conclusions, relevance, causal explanations, evidence quality and consistency.
- For an authorized self-review, choose the form and whole-test duration before creating the preview. The draft standard duration is 30 minutes. Complete four untimed practice examples; the countdown begins at Start assessment and remains in place through saving and refresh.
- Review answered, skipped and unanswered counts, the actual assigned form and any time-expiry note before interpreting a result.
- Use the task breakdown to explore how the person separates evidence from assumptions. Correctness is specific to the information and rules in the assigned form.
- Read correct answers against all assigned questions. The content-area breakdown describes this form; it does not establish a percentile or validated pass mark.
- Use a concrete follow-up: Describe a decision where the available evidence was incomplete. How did you test your assumptions?
If something is not right
A missing mean or withheld score is an intentional evidence boundary. Draft timings and descriptive results do not establish a hiring recommendation or comparability between forms.
Available controls can vary with your role, plan, workspace configuration, and connected providers. These guides do not change your company's policies.
