Understand Accuracy & Attention to Detail

Check records, rules and tables for exact matches or errors.

For admins, recruiters, managers

Before you start

This original assessment is in development review. Content and measurement approval remain open; it is available for local candidate review and excluded from hiring scores.

What to do

  1. Explore Resources > Original assessments > Accuracy & Attention to Detail for the question format and an illustrative result. Record comparison, rule checks, reconciliation, controlled updates, ordering and reference matching.
  2. For an authorized self-review, choose the form and whole-test duration before creating the preview. The draft standard duration is 20 minutes. Complete four untimed practice examples; the countdown begins at Start assessment and remains in place through saving and refresh.
  3. Review answered, skipped and unanswered counts, the actual assigned form and any time-expiry note before interpreting a result.
  4. Use the charts to discuss task accuracy and error-checking patterns. They describe this form and are not a separate speed or attention rating.
  5. Read exact task accuracy together with true detections, false alarms and missed errors among answered tasks. A multiple-selection answer is correct only when the entire set matches.
  6. Use a concrete follow-up: How do you check detailed work, and how do you balance missed mistakes against unnecessary corrections?

If something is not right

A missing mean or withheld score is an intentional evidence boundary. Draft timings and descriptive results do not establish a hiring recommendation or comparability between forms.

Available controls can vary with your role, plan, workspace configuration, and connected providers. These guides do not change your company's policies.
