Language support is a property of a journey, not a single translated page. A candidate can encounter a careers page, an application, an assessment, an invitation and an interview workflow in the same process.

Evaluate each surface in the language your team intends to use. Do the same for Spanish or any other required language.

Build a language coverage matrix

SurfaceWhat to verifyUseful acceptance evidence
Public websiteRelevant product information and navigationA direct language URL with readable content
Recruiter workspaceLabels, dates, errors and permissionsThe required task completed by its intended user
Careers and applicationQuestions, validation and submitted contentA mobile application in the intended language
AssessmentsAssigned language and instrument-specific availabilityThe actual assigned assessment and result interpretation
NotificationsSubject, body, dates and deliveryThe authorized recipient receives the expected message
ReportsHeadings, charts, evidence and exportsThe intended reviewer can interpret the result

Check right-to-left behavior

For Arabic, inspect the actual form and reading order rather than only whether the text has been translated. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and mixed-language job titles can expose layout problems.

  • Review field labels, validation errors and button order on a narrow screen.
  • Use the keyboard to move through the form and confirm visible focus.
  • Check mixed Arabic and Latin text without rewriting the candidate's original information.
  • Verify dates, time zones, numbers and downloadable output.

Preserve the hiring team's assigned process

Confirm who chooses the language and when. A language switch on the marketing website does not establish that a candidate can change the language of an assigned assessment.

For any assessment, ask for its specific language availability, instructions and interpretation limits. Translation is not evidence that an instrument is validated for a hiring decision.

Evaluate the relevant HireHint surfaces

HireHint has public website routes in English, Arabic and Spanish. Check the specific recruiter and candidate workflows you need using the appropriate product guides and a demonstration.

Record unsupported or unverified combinations separately. Ask about the exact assessment, report, notification and provider-dependent action instead of relying on a general multilingual label.
