These public language versions are written for readers across countries. A website translation does not establish that every product workflow, external provider, payroll service or statutory report is available in every country.
- List the countries, entities, time zones and languages your team needs.
- Demonstrate the employee, manager, recruiter and candidate journeys you will use, including mobile screens, messages and downloaded documents.
- Confirm local leave rules, holiday calendars, payroll responsibilities, contracts and data-processing requirements for the intended configuration.
- Request a current quote and written confirmation of any essential regional or language requirement.
Checking an Arabic journey
Check reading order, Arabic labels, mixed Arabic and Latin names, dates, attachments and keyboard navigation. Test the actual task from invitation or sign-in through completion; a translated home page alone is insufficient.
