What to do
- Confirm the email address and sign-in method your company expects you to use.
- Use the password-recovery option if you need to reset your password.
- Complete any verification step shown and check your inbox and spam folder for the expected message.
- If recovery does not arrive, ask your workspace administrator to help investigate rather than repeatedly requesting new links.
If something is not right
A generic recovery confirmation does not prove email delivery. Never share your password, verification code, or reset link with anyone.
